July 12 is National Day of Simplicity! Living a Life of Simplicity has a different meaning for each of us. For me, it means spending more time outside; limiting my time on a cell phone, watching television, or time on the computer; developing a routine for many tasks; developing healthy habits; eliminating clutter in the house; providing an environment of
relaxation and calmness.
One of the practices we adhere to in our daily TLC staff meetings is an affirmation of gratitude. Gratitude sets your mind in a positive direction and may increase peacefulness--a great habit of simplicity. Do you incorporate simplicity in your life?
