“National Small Business Week celebrates the resilience, innovation, and economic power of America’s small businesses and innovative startups,” said SBA Administrator Isabella Casillas Guzman. Although National Small Business Week ends Saturday, May 6, you still have time to visit your favorite small business and show your support!  

We enjoy working with many small businesses and startups to develop their crowdfunding campaigns. The TLC model is effective as an economic development tool. TLC crowdfunding strengthens social capital — the relationships between businesses, customers, nonprofits, leaders, and residents.

Katelyn Heller and Debbie Gorski are traveling to many locations in Wyoming for several months. We are talking to resource partners, small businesses, and startups about crowdfunding using The Local Crowd platform. A birth center is a freestanding facility where families can give birth under the excellent care of a midwife, receiving whole mind/body/spirit care with a belief that birth is a normal family event and is treated as such unless emergencies arise.
