The October Numbers Are Ready

Welcome to all the new members joining us today :-)

It is a beautiful fall day here in Kitchener with plenty of colourful
leaves on the ground. So that means Kevin will be getting plenty of
exercise raking those leaves later today. :-)
My reward will be a full roast beef dinner, which for me is a great
trade off.

But before I get to those leaves, lets get to the business of the day.
How was your week?
Did you meet or exceed your planned goals?
It is very important to set weekly goals so we can track our success.
They dont have to be super lofty goals, but they should be set to 
challenge us and bring in positive results.
