Unfortunately due to an increase in missed appointments and late cancellations, we have chosen to implement a strict cancellation and non-attendance policy for all appointments.

 

If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel or reschedule via your confirmation message (received 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time). We are also offering Telehealth phone and video consultations, which are a great alternative to face-to-face appointments if you are unable to make it to the clinic. Please be advised if you wish to cancel an appointment a minimum of four hours notice is required.

 

Non-attendance will incur a non-refundable fee of $25 for standard consultations and $35 for long consultations.

 

Payment is required at the time of consultation.
