Hi , pricing is a strategy.
Here are 3 ideas that will enable you to charge more than your competitors:
1 → VIP hotline for ultra-fast support
Get a
Google Voice number and give it out only to your highest paying clients. You'll get a text anytime someone calls so you can respond fast. They'll appreciate being part of your VIP list.
In one of my companies, I did this for my top 20 clients and only got a hotline call twice in 5 years, yet the hotline was a deciding factor in why they chose us over our competitors.
2
→ Vertical market focus
Yes, you can probably sell the same product or service to many markets. But when you focus on a niche, you can dominate it - and charge more. Specialists get paid more than generalists.
3 → Brand your expertise
Experts aren't cheap. If you were getting surgery, would you go with the cheapest doctor? Probably not. You'd want the best.
Showcase your expertise on webinars, videos, social media and other content marketing to build your reputation.
Pricing Models
There are many other ways to create differentiation
(exclusivity, scarcity, the list goes on).
Even if you have a lot of competitors, you don't have to be a commodity.
