- The Act of 1858 which opened the doors to Parliament & the Professions to Jews and others.
- The first Jews who came to this Country and the Laws applied to them.

- Baron Lionel de Rothschild. 1808-1879. And his determination to take his seat.
- Sir Frances Henry Goldsmid. 1808-1878. The first Lawyer, who refused to take the oath in the “true faith of a Christian”, admitted more in sufferance than by right, who went to The Chancery Bar so he wouldn’t have to go to Court on the Sabbath.
- Judah P Benjamin. 1811-1884. Perhaps the most amazing story of all, a man who rose above others in the American Civil War, then crossed the Atlantic to become the lawyer whose name lives on, and is probably in most lawyers offices because of the great book he wrote.
- Sir Rufus Isaacs, Marquess of Reading. 1860-1935. The first Jew to become Lord Chief Justice and Viceroy of India.
- Dame Rose Heilbron. 1914-2005. Who stole the heart of every young Jewish Lawyer.
