Good Morning ,
“Stop chasing the next thing. It won't make you as happy as you think or as successful as you want people to think you are.”
– Jay Shetty
How do you find happiness in a world that’s never satisfied regardless of the results you produce?
Leaders like ourselves can believe that happiness is experienced by
achieving certain goals like, finding our "soulmate", or making a higher salary. We conquer one milestone and immediately set our sights on the next one.
I remember wanting to lose 75 lbs. I believed that I would be happier with myself if I lost the weight and was skinnier.
I lost the weight, but then instantly experienced unhappiness because I didn't like the loose skin around my midsection. So, I had the loose skin removed. But then I found myself constantly comparing my body to the images on social media- again. I believed conquering milestones would resolve the unhappiness.

the thief of joy."- Theodore Roosevelt

Pay attention to what you are doing when you experience fulfillment and happiness. Notice who’s with you. Where are you? What are you doing? Take notes.
Do the inverse as well. Pay attention to your surroundings when you are feeling depleted of your joy and happiness.
