When asking paper crafters about their challenges - one of the frequent responses is … I'm not very creative!
Many people go through periods of time when they don't feel very creative; especially when they are busy with their family, jobs and just every day life.
So, one way to find or get creativity is to set aside time to let your creativity flow by spending time is a space that is relaxing and inspiring for you and giving yourself time to think and dream.
I also find it helpful to go to a "happy place", do fun
things, or spend time with people the "make me happy"!
After a vacation, time in my garden or time spent with my friends I feel so much more energy and creativity.
For example, after an afternoon shopping, hitting a flea market or visiting an art gallery, I start to see the possibilities of the items around me… I also find myself with ideas for the plain gift bags, gift tags, patterned paper, and picture frame that I have in my craft closet at home!
Give your creativity a jump start by making some time to clear your mind, be happy and dream about the possibilities of paper crafting projects for you and the special people in your life!
