I know I say it a lot, but we are so thankful for this amazing community! Tom and I consider it a privilege to be
connected with you. And then to witness connections between you... it's off the charts!
I have a handful of things to share so thought I'd compile them:
Epic Workbench Course
Reminders
Yup, you probably knew this was coming. 😉 Though the end is in sight, Tom is adding more sessions to cover all the details you'll need to complete this project. Here's where it stands now:
Session 10 - Wednesday, February 21 at 8 pm ET
Session 11 - Saturday, February 24 at 10 am ET
Session 12 - Wednesday, February 28 at 8 pm ET
Coffee with Tom - New Date
We had originally scheduled a Coffee with Tom for this Saturday, but we're pushing it back a week to March 2 at 10 am ET. I'll send out a another reminder just before, so no worries.
Psst... have you seen the Forum yet?
Tom has been in the Forum nearly every day and is really enjoying the interactions. If you haven't visited yet, for whatever reason, it's really worth stopping in - even if you prefer to observe at first.
To us, the best part is seeing camaraderie in the process of a making -- asking questions, sharing successes and frustrations around certain points in a build, offering ideas on resources or an alternative approach, etc. Plus, when Tom fields a question via email to one person it's great, but the Forum platform scales it so many can benefit, even chime
in! And it's all archived for future reference.
Doesn't get much better than that... so check it out. There are tips on how to post and get around in there. Just a few clicks is all it takes! And I'm glad to help with questions.
Epic Adventure 2024
If you haven't been able to catch SNL live lately, you may have missed the list of places we're visiting on our Epic Adventure this Spring. I posted it in the Forum so you can review it there...see what I did there. 😉 We just might be coming to
a place near you!
Epic Weekends 2024
We are also gearing up for our Epic Weekend events this Fall with Mike Pekovich, Andrew Hunter and Tom providing the demo-instruction. Here are the dates:
September 12-14, September 26-28, and October 10-12.
While the last two are sold out, there is 1 spot left in the 1st weekend. If you want it, click HERE. I'll be putting this word out to folks on our full Epic mailing list soon, so act now if you're interested.
There is a Waiting List for all the weekends, which we encourage you to get on if you are interested. Spots do open up at times, and the sooner you're on the list, the quicker you're in line for
that call. The same link above will take you to the Waiting List link.
Let me know if you have any questions about any of this.
See some of you tomorrow night
for Session 10!

TROUBLESHOOTING
Don't remember your password?
Since you created your
own password, I do not have a record of what it is. If you have forgotten you can click ""Lost your password?"" on the Account login page and a password reset email will be sent to you.
As an aside, the password reset email may arrive from "Wordpress" so be on the lookout for that. Sometimes it lands in the Spam folder, which is unavoidable, so you may want to check there if you find
yourself waiting for what seems to be a long time.
Page not opening for you?
Be sure you're using CHROME as your browser and that it is updated! As highlighted before, Chrome is the
confirmed platform for more sophisticated membership sites.
Enter in through three steps noted above rather than using a past link that may have become glitchy in your browser history.
If the issue persists, you will need to Clear your Browsing Data. No worries, it's not a huge
deal, just takes a couple minutes. I've provided some tips below.
After doing so, it's best to logout and back in of your Epic Woodworking account and try again.
If you have time, rebooting your whole system will make things run faster all around.
TIPS FOR CLEARING BROWSING DATA
Though this is an easy process, and something that should be conducted on a regular basis, it's not always something we know to do.
Since there are a myriad of devices being used by folks here, we suggest this online search: Chrome process to clear browsing data on ____. In the space, enter what applies to you... Mac, PC, Chromebook, iPad, iPhone, etc.
After clearing the data, follow the remaining steps noted above.
