Enjoy a virtual visit in the Shop with Tom, as though you stopped by to hang out. Just to clarify, though we wish it could be, this is not an in-person event. 

Watch live from home, imagine your sitting on a stool in the shop, or looking over Tom's shoulder, chilling with your Neighbors. And get in on the Neighborwood chat, where there's always good vibes! 

As always, if you can't join live, enjoy it later at your convenience. We will keep these up for a while.

Accessing the live event online

Login at the My Account page. On the Content Library page, click the Open Shop Hang Circle-link and the Watch page will open. You'll see a viewing screen where you can watch live alongside a chat window. Read the Tips for viewing to enhance your experience.

Do a trial run before the day of the event

We recommend you take a minute to visit there a day before the scheduled event to confirm the steps. That way we can help you if you needs assistance, which is hard to offer the morning of.
