Most golfers reading this email newsletter fit into one of two categories. You aren't here primarily to learn how to play golf, but rather to learn how to fix something specifically with your swing or your game OR you want to learn how to improve what you're already
doing.
In other words, you're troubleshooting so you can constantly improve.
Hopefully, you are now aware more than ever that technical issues with your swing can have a physical resolution.
Let me give you an example...let's say you have a reverse pivot.
This is a common and classic move with a couple of variations. But the bottom line is that you suffer from poor rotation in the backswing and downswing.
It produces a number of swing faults and is known to rob you of distance.
To resolve this is simple. You are doing it because you do not understand how to properly rotate your hips in the backswing or need work on your weight shift.
If so, this is how you properly load your body for power (watch this video)
Let's make an important point though.
Many of you know how to rotate your body in the backswing, but you can't physically make the rotation with your hips because they are too tight. In other words, it is a physical issue.
This is an important distinction.
If you are aware this is a physical issue for you, this program is best.
You can read every article on good swing motion and watch every video. It doesn't matter, right? If you find your hips too tight to rotate, then you can't move on. We can say the same thing about tight shoulders, poor strength, lack of core rotation, etc.
If you're not sure, then always try the swing explanation first. Practice some swings and see how you do. If you're stuck, immediately go to the physical fix.
It's one or the other and sometimes a combination of the two.
All of the physical fixes you need for annoying swing faults are here.
