The good news is that you can do exercises and stretches to help prepare your body for this move. This type of bending can be really stressful to your body so this one move is important. There is an exercise which can really help you achieve
this golf swing motion much easier.
I call this exercise the Lunge and Reach. You can see the photo below.
Take one step forward with your right leg. Keep your body centered (not leaning forward or backward.) Raise your left arm up with palms facing in and right hand down. Bend slightly to the right side until you feel a stretch along your left side.
Perform 10 repetitions to each side.
If you have trouble with this move in your golf swing, be sure to practice this exercise.
