Even the guys who do not look as fit as the others…they make up for it in flexibility. Looks can be deceiving.
Throughout history, working out was not always considered an advantage. Players were worried about getting big chests and compromising their swing.
What about today? Players spend far more time in the gym and truly understand the real connection between their bodies, their swing and their overall
performance.
Todays players are super fit, strong and flexible.
