Homework assignment:
Starting this week, step 1:
download the Toggl app & begin tracking where your time is being spent, from the time you open your eyes, how long is your morning routine, what time do you start your actual work day, when do you shut your laptop? How much time is spent working on your business? vs. aimlessly scrolling or fixing things that are not actually help you be seen, like constantly tweaking your bio vs. "documenting your processes" so you can eventually take more things off your plate and
potentially pass them on to a virtual assistant to gain another 5-12 hours back per week.
Remember, you've got this!
