10 Agencies & 10 Million Customers
It’s a lofty goal tied to our company vision of driving clean energy usage forward for a cleaner and safer
environment. It's also one we are sure to obtain through our executive leadership team’s new 10-year roadmap marked with quarterly milestones along the way.
Employees support this journey through their own set of quarterly milestones. We know that the fastest route to a destination is a straight line – something that is easily achievable
when everyone is traveling in the same direction. A vision tied to goals, goals tied to measurable KPIs, and KPIs tied to a reward program is a win-win for everyone.
In recent good news, leadership has completed the WBENC-sponsored “WeIgnite” training to introduce and support the implementation of the EOS [Entrepreneurial Operating System]
platform designed by Gino Wickman. I am beyond thrilled to implement EOS to organize, prioritize, and solve issues at the leadership level. Once the system is running smoothly, we can begin to disseminate the tools and techniques to the rest of the organization for project management.
In other good news, the State of Ohio has certified us as a
DBE for Transportation sector work. This was a requested certification by a prime contractor, and we are thrilled to be able to satisfy a future need for small business representation if called upon.
This month’s safety training covered Ergonomics. If you haven’t read the blog article, you can find it here. Please note, if you are in need of ergonomic equipment, please submit an email request to [email protected]. All requests are subject to review, but will be taken seriously as they pertain to your continued well-being.
Heartthrob 101, the latest installment of our Health Matters Sustainability series, was written in support of February’s American Heart Health Awareness month. There are a number of lifestyle and workplace factors that can be damaging to our
hearts over time. Please take a moment to read about the signs of a heart attack and make regular appointments for prevention of heart disease with your health care provider.
As the weather warms up, you may wish to revisit our series about backyard gardening for a headstart on a summer garden. Indoor seed starting begins now for an early harvest.
Celebrations are in order!

We also have the honor of speaking to representatives from AECOM Transportation, the Department of Energy, Jacobs, the US Coast Guard, and more. Thank you, Kelly, for your hard work in marketing us and our
capabilities to agencies outside of CA.
In closing, I want to thank everyone for their continued commitment to personal and professional development. February 2024 is off to a great start in terms of sales and marketing, due in large part to our credentialed staff. Not only does earning a certification aid in personal KPI tracking for the new
bonus payout program, but it continues to differentiate us from the competition.
