Blessings on you from the Elliott family! Thank you for subscribing, and we hope you enjoy today’s newsletter. If you noticed that I missed a couple emails in the past week, you would be correct. We had friends move to live near us here in Michigan, and we've been helping them get settled. God has blessed us with amazing fellowship and friendship here in Central Michigan. It started when we moved here 8 years ago to help start a Sabbath fellowship, and dear friends made great sacrifices to help our family get settled. I'd like to introduce some of my friends to you today, so every post—and even the advertisements—are from my
friends. I hope you'll enjoy "meeting" them! My goal is to bring a little bit of Scripture, a sprinkle of encouragement, and a dash of hope to your day. I love a good cup of coffee (brewed like this), but if some other drink is more your style, I'm sure that will work. The point is for you to take a break from crazy living, just long enough for a sip of joy.
Daily Bible Verse“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health just as your soul prospers." (3 John 1:2, NKJV)
ahav - to love; to befriend; to provide and protect that which is given as a privilege. An intimacy of

He Sees AllBy Anne Elliott, October 3, 2014, ElliottExpedition.com In 2014, we felt God calling us to leave our home in Wisconsin and travel to places unknown to start Sabbath fellowships wherever we could. We sold all our stuff, bought a bus, and started the process of fixing it up as our home. That whole summer we lived in tents as we did construction on the bus. In the fall, we traveled to
Michigan, where dear friends let us stay with them while we continued working on the bus. However, through a series of problems and obstacles, we began to realize that maybe what God wanted was for us to stay in Michigan and start a congregation right there. Continue

KindnessMuch as the Father brought our family to Michigan in 2014, He prepared the way for Sharon Darling and her family to move here this past week. As He helped them sell their home, provided a new home for them very quickly here, and literally paved the way for them
to get here, I was reminded of His faithfulness and care in our lives. It has brought me to tears several times. Like myself and my friend Katie Hirn, Sharon is also a blogger with a passion to help women grow strong marriages and raise their children biblically. This post on kindness is a good example of her blogging style. Read Here |
