Blessings on you from the Elliott family! Thank you for subscribing.
I wanted to send out a quick note to let you know why I've been so quiet. Our family came down with the stomach flu earlier this week, and I've been too sick to do much else. We are all improving a little, but tonight we are celebrating Pesach, or Passover.
Tomorrow is the first day of Chag haMatzot, or the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and then it's Sabbath, and then on Sunday, it's Reshit Katzir, or First Fruits, the day Yeshua rose from the grave.
So with all of that celebrating—and a little bit more recuperating—I am going to plan to wait until Monday morning to send out another newsletter.
My goal is to bring a little bit of Scripture, a sprinkle of encouragement, and a dash of hope to your day. I love a good cup of coffee (brewed like this), but if some other drink is more your style, I'm sure that will work. The point is for you to take a break from crazy living, just long enough for a sip of joy.
