Blessings on you from the Elliott family! Thank you for subscribing, and we hope you enjoy today’s newsletter. Happy Monday! It's a school and work day at our house, but it's also my 30th wedding anniversary. We're going on a "work date" this evening to do planning for upcoming speaking events, hahaha! But I love to spend time with my
husband. He's a great guy. Today's posts are all about ways we can give praise and blessing to those around us, to build them up and encourage them. We'll also talk about ways to receive praise from those we love. Who can you bless today? My goal is to bring a little bit of Scripture, a sprinkle of encouragement, and a dash of hope to your day. I love a good cup of coffee (brewed like this), but if some other drink is more your style, I'm sure that will work. The point is for you to take a break from crazy living, just long enough for a sip of joy.
Daily Bible Verse"It is a good thing to give thanks unto YHVH, and to sing praises unto Your name, O Most High; to show forth Your lovingkindness in the morning, and
Your faithfulness every night." (Psalm 92:1-2)

"Anne, what grading system do you use for your family? All subjects? At what ages? I need to show records of my children’s schooling and am not sure how to do it. We read off the computer for history and Torah, so I don’t have much written except for Scripture in his journal. Also, how do I come up with a report card? I am not sure how to compile all
the spelling and math grades into one. Thank you so much for your help!" Read More

My husband taught me to make these crepes when we were first married, and since today is my 30th anniversary, I thought I'd share them. Having said that, these are a great recipe to teach your children good kitchen skills. It's not easy to flip a crepe perfectly! I promise that ugly crepes taste as good as perfect ones, so be sure to pour on the
praise for a good effort! Get the Recipe |
