Blessings on you from the Elliott family! Thank you for subscribing, and we hope you enjoy today’s newsletter. Happy Tuesday! Today I would like to focus on homeschooling children with special needs, but truly, these tips are good for helping each one of us overcome areas of difficulty in our lives. My traumatic brain injury in 2020 taught
me that my own brain could use more discipline, training, and support. My goal is to bring a little bit of Scripture, a sprinkle of encouragement, and a dash of hope to your day. I love a good cup of coffee (brewed like this), but if some other drink is more your style, I'm sure that will work. The point is for you to take a break from crazy living, just long enough for a sip of
joy.
Daily Bible Verse"The fear of YHVH is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction." (Proverbs 1:7)

Nothing is quite as unnerving to a homeschooling mom as finding out that her child is struggling in school. I know, because I’ve been there! I have several children that struggle in reading, spelling, handwriting, and math — and it can be scary! In addition, my youngest child (not quite two as I’m writing this) has some significant
developmental delays because of health problems, so I’m guessing I’ll be facing learning challenges for many years to come. Read More

The battleground for our souls is in our minds, in our thoughts. It is strongholds, arguments, and thoughts that exalt themselves against the knowledge of God. We know what an argument is; it is all the reasoning used to justify a statement such as, “There is no God.” A typical argument might look like this: God claims to have created all life. But scientists have proved that all life has evolved. Therefore, there is no God. And a thought is a statement such as, “There is no God.”
