Blessings on you from the Elliott family! Thank you for subscribing, and we hope you enjoy today’s newsletter. One of my favorite parts about Sabbath is that I have more quiet time, so that I can sit on the couch and really study my Bible. I look forward to it so much that I even keep a list of Bible questions on my phone, ready for
Saturday morning. My goal is to bring a little bit of Scripture, a sprinkle of encouragement, and a dash of hope to your day. I love a good cup of coffee (brewed like this), but if some other drink is more your style, I'm sure that will work. The point is for you to take a break from crazy living, just long enough for a sip of joy.
Daily Bible Verse"How I love your Torah! It is my meditation all the day." (Psalm
119:97)

Cry! So with his permission, I’m going to attempt to write down what he taught today, reproduced from my meager notes in my journal. Read

Studying the Bible by SubjectBy Anne Elliott, May 10, 2010, AnneElliott.com
Last time, we discussed one method for studying a passage of Scripture: looking up the definition of almost every word in the verse by using the Hebrew dictionary in the back of the Strong’s Concordance. Today, we’re going to discuss another great method for
studying Scripture: “Subject Analysis.” Subject analysis is described in great detail by Tim LaHaye in his book How to Study the Bible for Yourself. Read More
