That's what I thought when I saw the title of this YouTube video.

I saw the title in my YouTube feed and HAD to click on it... Stop Getting Better? Shadow work? WHAT!?! 😉 

I've seen some of this guy's videos before, he offers interesting conversations, so my interest was peaked. 

It's "on brand" for us here at Getting Better so I "HAD" to open my email thingie and shoot you a quick note about it.

I'm writing this to you from my back porch, the sun just broke into the sky a little bit ago, birds are singing to me and I have my first cup of ☕️ Sunday-morning-coffee. Good Vibes. In a little bit I'll start getting ready to head out the door for Sunday activities at Unity.

But first, I'd just played this video with "this Mo Fo over here" talking about NOT getting better and, of course, I thought of you. 

*Spoiler alert, he's not actually arguing against Getting Better... He's actually making some very good points.
