Hey Everyone!

I had our friends at Dastony sprout Certified Organic Buckwheat for us. As you know, Dastony makes all sorts of sprouted nut butters and things.

During the sprouting process, the enzymes in the buckwheat are activated, making it easier on our bodies to digest and absorb its nutrients. Sprouting enhances the nutrient content, increasing its levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

One of the key benefits of sprouted buckwheat is its high protein content, which is twice of that of oatmeal. Protein is essential for repairing and building tissues, promoting healthy hair and nails, and supporting overall growth and development. Incorporating sprouted buckwheat into your meals can help you meet your daily protein requirements in a plant-based and nutrient-dense way.

Our Sprouted Buckwheat is also gluten-free, filled with antioxidants, and vitamins and minerals, including magnesium, copper, zinc, manganese, iron, and phosphorus.

This Sprouted Buckwheat was just freshly made last week, and it tastes great. It’s so nice to have Sprouted Buckwheat made for you, so you don’t have to do the work of sprouting it.

The Sprouted Buckwheat tastes very fresh and crunchy, and not bitter like other grains out there, such as sprouted millet and oats. Well, the first bite gives you a nice crunch, but as you chew it, it becomes soft. It’s nice and nutty so it can be used for so many dishes.

You can make awesome Raw Cereals, put it on Yogurt, add it to smoothies to get a crunch, salads, use it as a base for a hearty stir-fry, or even blend it into a breakfast porridge.

When I was researching it on the internet, one woman said that she paired it with a big spoonful of creamy coconut yogurt, almond butter, heaps of berries, and a touch of maple syrup. Another woman wrote, I love to have it for breakfast, topped with vegan yogurt or dairy-free milk, fresh seasonal fruit and some seeds like pumpkin or sunflower seeds.

It's also one of those breakfasts foods that travels really well. For example, you could easily bring it to work in a jar. You can even have it ready for the next day to eat it in the car. Simply Layer fruit, yogurt and nut butter in a jar, and place it in the fridge overnight, in the morning top it with some freshly sprouted buckwheat and you are good to go.

We've got our Sprouted Buckwheat for only $9.95 each when you get a 3-pack.
