Last 200 Ojai Dried Persimmons

It looks like we are down to our last 200 Ojai Sun-Dried Persimmons.

These persimmons are the best of the best. This Ojai Farmer personally, drives his Ojai Ripe Wet Hachiya Persimmons all the way to Arizona in order to dry them in the desert. He then brings them back to Ojai. You end up with the best dried persimmons in the world.
As you can see in the picture below, he meticulously strings each individual Persimmon up like this in Arizona in order to dry them.
They are only available one time of the year. We originally got 630 of them, and we are now down to our last 200. I won’t be able to get any more of these bad boys until next year.
These persimmons are a delicacy.
