You know what... it's the 1st of May and summer is exactly 6 weeks away.
And I don't know about you... but if we're being honest, I've let some of my new year resolutions slip away 🥲
But in retrospect, it's really interesting to see which goals I kept consistent at and which ones I didn't prioritize
because it actually tells me where my head is at and what I find important.
The thing is... sometimes what we say we want and what we do don't match up so it ends up creating stress because we're constantly thinking about the thing we didn't do... and that's exactly how I'm feeling right now! Ugh.
In the middle of doing a mini life audit and trying different ways to get myself out of my lazy girl phase, I made a list of super simple and fun things I can do
as a pick-me-up.
