I’m so glad you decided to enter the 8-week weight loss challenge! The challenge doesn’t start until August 21st, but in the meantime, I want to send some information your way that will help you get the most out of the
challenge. The first thing you’ll already have noticed is that I had you create a user profile through an app called Trainerize. I hope it doesn’t overwhelm you at all. You don’t need to utilize the app if you don’t want to bother with it, but it can be an extremely helpful tool. I will be giving you a workout program you can follow if you choose, you will be added to a group with all the other contestants for accountability, and I will even help you know how many calories to eat and how to
track them. If you open the app it may all look a little confusing now, but part of my goal is to catch you up to speed over the next several days so that you can use the Trainerize app and get the added benefits if you choose. Ultimately the point of this challenge is to create some accountability for you and others to stick to your weight loss goals, but I also hope to give you some helpful tips and information along the way that you can take with you long after the 8 weeks are over!
