I'm excited to share with you my new OnDemand workouts, specially created for my X Challengers! These workouts are geared towards a more
beginner level that will help ease you into strengthening your muscles, and working on balance and stability. I have workouts that are low-impact, and workouts that use a chair to assist with stability, while ensuring that you're keeping proper form during the exercise movements.
How to Access These Beginner Workouts:
- Logging in to your OnDemand account, then click the "Classes" menu option.
- Click "Filter" and select "Rushed for Time" workouts, with "Instructor -
Jari".
- If searching for workouts that include a chair, select "Chair" under the "Equipment" filter.
