Hi

HGTV is looking for Barn Renovation Projects and a Person with a Great Personality to show them off.

I got an email from their casting person and this is what they said.

Hi there!  I’m helping cast for a show that HGTV is wanting to pick up.  We’re looking for awesome spaces that went from an old barn to a beautiful living space/work space/bar/mancave, etc.   They want to show the barn in it’s original state and then show it transformed.  They want whoever the renovator is to have a great personality (ideally 30-40 year old) to lead the audience through the process of the transformation.

I love your website and see that you have lots of experience in this area. Would you be interested in talking to me further about this opportunity or know of anyone you’ve worked with that might be interested in showcasing their work on a tv show? It’s a great opportunity for a renovator.

Thank you!

If you are interested in this opportunity Send me a new email to [email protected], with the subject heading HGTV Barn Show

I will forward your email to the HGTV Casting Director.

****DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL FOR THIS, YOU MUST SEND A NEW EMAIL!!

Include your background information and pictures of you and your projects.

In the meantime, I have another great opportunity for you....

How to Instantly Add 19 Barns to Your Inventory, without Reclaiming a single barn....

There is this sort of market sweet spot I have discovered in the Post and Beam Barn kit business.  It falls somewhere between the reclaimed barnwood market, and the rough cut lumber business.

There is huge potential in offering a product like Post and Beam Barn kits, that can give people who want the look and feel of an old barn, but can't quite swing the cost of an actual old barn.

That market for Post and Beam Barns, is much larger than for an actual 'old barn'.  More people can afford it, and almost everyone I talk to wants one.

If you're in the old barn business, I have 2 questions for you.

1. What if you had a product, you could add to what you're already offering, but you could offer it at a price that more people can afford, would that be something you would be interested in?

2. What if you could offer the same barn, over and over again because it is duplicatable, and not a one and done deal like old reclaimed Barn frames?  Would that be something you would be interested in?

It seems like everyone is jumping into the reclaiming business these days.

The market is getting flooded with product, and old barns, are disappearing faster and faster.

This is a market, that has a clear end.

We don't know where that end is, but we know it's there.  Eventually there will no longer be any barns to tear down.

Have you noticed that the picking is getting slim out there for reclaimed frames?  Do you have a plan for your business once they become even more scarce?

What if you already had a line of barns in place you were already selling, that would pick up the slack for you?

What if you could get access to a growing library of Barn Plans for an annual membership of $97.  That price will be going up soon, I have 20 plans already in there and another 6-10 that will go in over the next year or so.

I just won't be able to justify the low price much longer.

As a member, you will suddenly have added 20 different barns to your inventory that you can replicate and sell over and over again...  Without tearing any barns down, and without putting a dime into research, and development of your new line.

Do you see the value in that?

Just thinking about that makes me want to raise the price!

I'm handing over 10 years of my life and business for $97!

Become a member of our barn geek barn plans library today.  This is that Library of 20 Barn Plans that I mentioned earlier.  Like I said, the price will be going up soon!
