I've Ruffled a Few Feathers!

Published: Mon, 02/27/17

Hi

I have added so many plans to this library of barn plans, at such a low price, that I have ruffled a few feathers!

There are some architects out there that aren't very happy with me right now!

I'm afraid that any time now, I am going to be forced to raise the price!

Why you ask?

Normally professionally drawn barn plans like these would cost thousands of dollars.

Call any Timber Frame designer and ask for a quote, you will find that prices range anywhere from $2,000 to $5,000 for each plan!

Or even more depending on the size and detail of the barn.

As a matter of fact the very plans for sale in this library of plans originally cost on average $2,500 each.

That means the original value of this library of plans was over $30,000!

If you invest in this library of plans today. it will only cost you a mere fraction of the original cost...

How can we offer these plans at such a low price?

The secret is technology. You see, in the old days plans were drawn up on paper by hand and they were only good for one project.

Now, with computer aided drafting that same set of plans can be saved, stored digitally, and be used over and over again for multiple people doing multiple projects.

These barns are designed to incorporate simple joinery using modern timber framing screws and some steel plates that are just bolt in place.

If you can cut simple angles with a skill saw, drill holes with an auger bit, and twist a wrench then you can build your own post and beam barn with these plans.
