The most obvious would be to use the barn to have guests over to enjoy the space with you, perhaps you have a daughter or son who would love to get married in a barn like this?
Or you could create a nice workshop.... You know that one you always wanted but couldn't quite justify.... but if you can have a space where
the kids get married, then later you can turn it in to a workshop....
