just added a new barn plan to the barn plans library. This is a 24x24 Gable Barn With 12' bent spacing! I also Uploaded 2 3D Models of this barn. One with a loft and the other with a wrap around covered porch on two sides.
This would make an excellent Small Farm or Homestead House, one that you could add to as time goes by and your needs change.
As of right now there is no materials list for this barn, but I will be adding materials lists to the new bonus plans as time goes by.
However
there is enough information in the plans and the model for you to generate your own materials list.
I will be adding a bunch more Barn Plans, 3d models and concept drawings in a new bonus section of the library.
One more thing, over the next few weeks I will be adding my entire
sketchup component library of bents and framing members along with instructions on how to use them to design almost any barn you want.
With these new additions to the barn plans library the already ridiculously low price of $97 is going to go up to $297 per year. Which is still an amazing deal!
The price is going up next week, so you still have a chance to
get the Barn Plans Library for $97 AND you will have access to all the new stuff coming to the barn plans library. But if you wait until after next week that opportunity will be gone.
