We are offering 10% off sale from now until Dec. 31st 2014. On barn kits that will deliver next year only, starting in May and going through October. To qualify for the discount you cannot take delivery any earlier than May 2015, and no later than October 2015. We are only offering one spot per month at this price. So one in May, one in June, one in July... etc. You must take delivery within 30 days of the end of the month you are assigned to. A 10% deposit is required to participate in the sale. There are only 7 spots available, so if you plan to build a barn next year, now is your chance to get 2014 pricing locked in for only 10% down! That 10% is due prior to Dec 31st. Your next payment will be for %60 of the cost of the kit due on the first of the month before you take delivery. In other words if your barn kit is due to be delivered in May, then your 60% payment would be due on April 1st, at which time we will be manufacturing your kit. The final 30% will be due one week prior to your delivery date. Remember, there are only 7 spots available so don't wait until Dec 31st, because it will likely be too late.
