HaPpY SuMmeR!
Sunscreen has changed so much in the last decade.
Gone are days of chalky white paste that would refuse to absorb!
Now we can choose SPF that is lovely to use and actually has
great skincare ingredients in it, along with a nice tint so we don't need makeup.
However, they can be confusing.
Keep these tips in mind:
Always choose SPF that is at least 20 or more for daily use; and try to use a higher SPF if you are going to be in the sun for a prolonged period.
SPF should always be applied on clean, dry skin or over
a light, non-reactive serum (no retinols or chemicals).
Apply SPF over your serums, but under your makeup, unless you are choosing a BB, CC or powder SPF.
Here is a simple guide to follow to know which to choose and how to use it!
