Since water is the foundation of all life and we're made up of approximately 75% water, I thought it would be helpful to share some little known facts about it.
- Water that comes from Plants is more hydrating than regular H2O
- Most of us (some doctors say as many as 75%) are living in a state of dehydration
- Quality over Quantity: Eating Fruit, Vegetables, Seeds and other naturally moisturizing foods is more beneficial than you drinking your water. Absorption is the key factor here. The water in plants is different than the water you drink from your glass or water bottle. (Get More Info here)
There's a lot of misinformation and myths that we have adopted about water, but one thing is certain, it is a foundational stone we cannot live without. We are water pretty much right?
I've recently been turned onto an excellent book entitled QUENCH and it has really opened my eyes to some things and made me make some serious health adjustments.
It's a deep misunderstood subject and studying this book has really been mind blowing.
There's so many things about hydration and water that we should know being that it is so important to all aspects of our lives and well being.
