researched for my book about publishing, I've found LOTS of scams and questionable types lurking in the Internet. They prey on a writer's desire to be published and can really cause problems for writers as well as the industry.
I wish I could hold up a silver cross that scare those scammers away, but I tried and it didn't work. Drats!
