How much do you trust yourself?

Hello Dear Friend,

How much do you trust yourself? A strange question you may say... Yet it is one I have pondered quite a bit of late. For I have noticed the lack of trust we have in ourselves is a grand hurdle that stands in our way of an expanded life experience.

See, when we say I don't trust my judgement, my inner guidance, the calling of Soul that is guiding me to make a move and the big one - a lack of trust that I am receiving messages directly from Spirit, my Guides, Source - what we are really saying: 'I do not have any faith or trust in myself!'

This lack of trust keeps us from going with the flow, stepping out on our true path despite our fears and connecting with Soul and the many frequencies we share our life experience with. Our inner guidance system is working for and with us 24/7. Yet if we continually don't trust in it, well it is like a friend we never take any notice off or listen to, it fades into the background. We then think it is no longer of value.

My next question is: What would your life look like if you had greater trust in yourself?

I can only share what that looks like for me. I feel more connected to the flow of life and my perfectionist streak takes the back seat more and more. Above all else I feel a deeper connection to my unique Soul purpose and my expression of it.

I know from experience how deepening trust in our authentic selves is something we can all benefit from. And it is one of those things that truly only requires us to act on something we are feeling guided to do however small it may seem. For that opens the door for the next insight or guidance to flow in.

Then when we can act on that next insight on and on it goes... The depth and trust we get from this simple act of trust widens in ever increasing circles just from committing to trust in what we are 'getting' and then going with the flow and taking action.

This is the natural flow of the Divine Feminine and Masculine. For the Divine Feminine receives yet needs the Divine Masculine to take inspired action.

You can probably see that I have a few things to share with you in this newsletter. Simply put I cannot keep them to myself. Impossible! For me, it would amount to 'spiritual constipation' if I didn't follow the prompts to simply share!
