Hello ,

Welcome to the 100th issue of this newsletter!

To celebrate - you can now book a Time Audit session for just £79.99, so if you've been thinking about it but keep putting it off, now's your chance.

www.clareevans.co.uk/TimeManagementAudit.htm

At this time of year many people seem to be running around just trying to keep up.  Christmas is only a few short weeks away and we're already planning for next year.

It seems like more than ever we are pulled this way and that to get things done, be more productive, read this, watch that, write something to this person.

So here is a special two day event to show you how to get back control of your business.

There are four great speakers (including myself) to talk about all aspects of time and how to spend it and save it.

The event - delivered live via webinar is at UK/US friendly times PLUS you get access to the recordings afterwards.

As a special early Christmas present - get 20% off the already silly price of £29 GBP/$49 US.

Your special link for this event:

Use the code "earlybird" and get 20% off at the checkout and I will see you online.

Keep in touch and get extra tips from my blog - or Follow Me on Twitter - or contact me on Linked In or Facebook.

P.S. Feel free to pass this newsletter on to your friends and colleagues.  Thank you.

When two heads are better than one

I had a conversation the other day with a client who had a tricky problem they'd been thinking about for a while but were stuck with what to do or how to move forward.

However, in a few minutes and after asking a few relevant and thought provoking questions, it's possible to clear a way through and find a solution to move forward.

This is something I see happening over and over again. As we become busier and more overloaded with information, it's useful to have support and advice when you're making decisions around your business or your personal life.

- Needing to discuss productivity and staff performance issues.

- Learning how to better communicate with staff, colleagues, customers and clients

- Talking through a potentially difficult conversation.

- Discussing challenges around hiring and firing, which can be pretty emotional and tough for business owners.

- Dealing with difficult clients.

- Finding the best solution in a challenging situation.

- How to finding the right focus for your business or to make a difficult decision.

- Needing a sounding board for your new idea or project.

- Reading through a letter, proposal or document for comments and suggestions.

Sometimes when you're stuck it can feel like you're chasing your tail and either get bogged down by the thoughts that are already clogging up our minds or are so busy with the day-to-day that you're not able to take time out and clear some space to get unstuck.

This can make it difficult to see clearly or find the right solution.

We tend to have our own personal blinkers or filters on, so we only see what we want to see or can only see the problem from one particular viewpoint without being able to see the bigger picture or to be able to understand the impact the situation is having on us.

We also filter our experiences and information in a particular way depending on our thought patterns, behaviours, skills and abilities.

Your judgement and decision making ability may also be affected both positively and negatively, by the views of friends, colleagues and even clients.

If you find yourself in this situation - it can make a huge difference to talk to someone else. After all two heads are often better than one (as long as it's the right head).

Preferably someone you trust, who is non-judgemental, doesn't have their own agenda and who wants the best solution for you.

If you'd like to see how this works for yourself, get in touch and book up a free Strategy session.
