2018 is a big year for Clean Seal, Inc. It has been 40 years since we began offering extruded rubber seals to our customers. Over those years we have created long lasting partnerships with with many fantastic companies. As we reflect on 40 years as a company we realize that all we have accomplished would not have been possible without those business partners. So first of all we would like to thank all of those
wonderful customers, thank you for 40 wonderful years in business.
Secondly our employees are second to none. Many have given us numerous decades of employment and dedication. Our employees are passionate about helping our customers reach their goals by helping them select the perfect part, but what sets us apart is that they want to help each other succeed also. That means
filling in for someone who is out, helping an employee reach a personal goal outside of work, or by helping with charity work that benefits our community.
40 years, it means a lot to our owner as well. No business is easy, and it can be stressful at times, but in the end it is about having desire to succeed no matter what is thrown at you. Many businesses don't last 4 year
so making it 40 is a reflection of great leadership and that desire do the right thing in any situation. With that philosophy we have survived in many different business/financial environments.
