I paid $997 for this $37 info 🤦‍♀️ (tip: don't do that!)

Here's the short version of the story... (and that $997 doesn't include all the money I shelled out before & during on things like hotel, meals, etc - or the week of time I invested).

Last week I attended the Funnel Hacking Live 2020 event in Nashville, TN.

You can scan an overview of the event here. It was a GREAT event. Russell Brunson definitely knows how to put on a good show.

Tickets to that event cost $997. There is no affiliate program, there are no discounts, and obviously that doesn't include flight & hotel etc (or at least hotel in my case, since I live in TN).

Of course with an event you're also paying for "the experience" - but unfortunately I did NOT have a good experience. Part of that was my fault, part of that was theirs, but suffice it to say... that's a story.

A story you might be interested in hearing more about perhaps?

I'll work on putting together a blog post or a video (or both) for you on that, because I think there are some good take-aways from the whole thing, and because I would be interested in your thoughts on it all too.

Stay tuned for that.
😉

Speaking of take-aways, I did enjoy the GREAT content at the event and made a few good notes. But I cannot wait to get the official event notes so I can REALLY dig in and implement - because there was definitely SOLID actionable content, by amazing marketers that are actually working in the trenches sharing all the details of their successful campaigns. Good stuff!

Unlike the official event... the official event notes are only $37.

That price is good today, but it will go up to $97 by next week I believe. I'm not sure how much longer they'll offer the notes for only $37 but it's a STEAL at that price.

They're basically like a transcription of the ENTIRE event. Tim flies in a whole team of writers and is given full permission to create these (the ONLY) official event notes for us.

When I attended the Traffic & Conversion Summit a few years ago, that event was HUGE but also REALLY GOOD. There was no way I could take it all in with multiple tracks going on all day every day, so that's the first time I bought Tim's official event notes. (He covers all the major industry events).

His notes are SO thorough! I printed out the entire thing (actually I had my printer put it in a 3 ring binder for me -smart!) and at home where I could focus... I was able to study and implement THOUSANDS of dollars worth of training - much more easily.

Whether you can attend events or not, or even want to, Tim's Notes are invaluable.

For me, it meant I didn't have to try to write EVERYTHING down while I was at the actual event, or try to remember everything, or regret what I missed (due to timing etc) - which was a huge relief. Because the event itself was overwhelming. :)

In the future, if I know Tim is covering an event, I may just stay home and wait on the notes.
😜

Best,
Lynn Terry

p.s. I'll share my notes & photos of slides with you in my next email. There's some good stuff in that alone you can go ahead and start implementing.

In the meantime, be sure to grab the FHL notes while you can!
