CrochetN'Crafts Newsletter

Published: Fri, 10/11/13

Hi

This week I have a bead stitch cup sleeve as well as a pair of fingerless gloves. The pattern for the gloves is written to fit a small size; however, if you use a larger hook you can easily increase the circumference. Plus, the stitch pattern is in multiples of two, which makes it easy to increase the number of stitches as well.

I also wrote up a short review of Red Heart Shimmer yarn, which I recently discovered.

Also, I wanted to mention that this upcoming weekend is Thanksgiving weekend up here in Canada. Although I don't celebrate any holidays, Thanksgiving is somewhat special to me because my birthday always falls around this holiday. This makes Thanksgiving a holiday for me to celebrate life, which in my opinion is the greatest gift of all.

So to celebrate I have marked all three of my paid patterns on CrochetN'Crafts down to 50%. The sale starts today and will last throughout the long weekend including Monday.

Another thing I should mention is that I have found a network of sponsors for this newsletter, which will enable me to continue bringing you updates and more free crochet patterns.

Happy Thanksgiving!

The yarn is a category 4 yarn, but on the thinner side. It is soft and fuzzy, making it perfect for clothing and other items.
