Los Angeles Cruise Hotels

If you're cruising out of the LA cruise terminal in San Pedro, the TheRealPlaces.com guide to hotels near the LA World Cruise Center is a useful resource for stays before or after your cruise.  Move a couple of miles east and we can also guide you to hotels near the Long Beach Cruise Terminal.  Both terminals are blessed with acceptable places to stay that are not too far from the cruise port.

Cruises from Los Angeles

The newest addition to the Cruise Guide Network of websites is the Los Angeles Cruise Guide. Like all of our guides, this new site is easy to use. It includes a calendar of all cruises for 2010 and 2011, descriptions and photos of ships, cruise terminal information, and hotels near the cruise terminal. Cruises from Los Angeles include voyages to Mexico, Hawaii, South America, Alaska, through the Panama Canal, and around the world.

This Week's New (or Improved) Hotels

The Hotel Indigo East End has opened in the Long Island town of Riverhead, New York.  It's a 100 room conversion of an existing building from the 1970's, now looking very different with the "affordable boutique hotel" touches that the Indigo hotels are known for (e.g. hardwood floors, oversized beds, "spa-inspired" showers).

The Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway is now open, located next to the Georgia International Convention Center and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.  The hotel's 403 rooms are only 2 minutes away from the airport via the "SkyTrain".  They've got over 21,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a 12,000 ballroom.
