Weekly Hawaii Promotions

Thinking about a trip to Hawaii?  The new Hawaii promotions page at TheRealPlaces is updated weekly with the latest hotel deals for Honolulu, Kailua Kona and Wailea.  This week we've got "3rd night free" deals on Waikiki, 20% savings at several resorts on the Kona Coast and 25-30% off at Wailea hotels.  Check back every week for the latest deals on Hawaii hotels.

5 Years After Katrina

Cruises from New Orleans have bounced back very well five years after the Hurricane Katrina disaster. Carnival Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line have large ships sailing year-round, and Royal Caribbean will bring another large ship to New Orleans in late 2011. Carnival will also add a second ship to the port in 2011. Most cruises from New Orleans go to exotic western Caribbean destinations like Cozumel, Costa Maya, Belize and Roatan. Learn all about New Orleans cruises at NewOrleansCruiseGuide.com.

This Week's New (or Improved) Hotels

The W New York Downtown is the newest of the four "W"-branded places to stay in New York City.  Located in Manhattan's Financial District, it features 217 guest rooms as well as 223 units in "The Residences at W New York-Downtown".

The Best Western Atrea Colonnade Parkway recently opened for business in Woodway, Texas - a suburb on the southwest side of Waco. It's the sixth Best Western to open featuring the new "Atrea" upper-mid-scale design.  That just means you're in for a slightly above your average Best Western experience, with much "trendier" room designs.
