This Week's New (or Improved) Hotels

The Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel is now open.  Formerly known as the Albuquerque Grand Airport Hotel, it has completed a $14 million renovation and was given a new name to celebrate.  Right next door to the Albuquerque "Sunport" airport, it's also a short drive to events at the University of New Mexico.

Pittsburgh visitors have an additional 178 hotel rooms to choose from with the opening this week of the Hyatt Place Pittsburgh-North Shore.  The riverfront location puts you just across the bridge from downtown Pittsburgh.  It's an even better location for sports fans: the Hyatt Place is essentially in the parking lot of PNC Park (home of the Pittsburgh Pirates) and a five minute walk from Heinz Field (home field of the Steelers).  42" HDTVs for every room, plus the "plus Hyatt Grand Bed", give you all the comforts of home - maybe more.
