Value-able Hotels

Sometimes you just need a (really) inexpensive place to stay.  American's Best Value Inns may fill your needs, with 25 new hotels added in the first quarter of 2010.  TheRealPlaces.com hotel search engine has over 700 America's Best Value properties to choose from the next time you're on the road.  Of course, we can also help you book at somewhat more elegant facilities, including the 75 Ritz-Carlton hotels and 79 Four Seasons worldwide.

Cruises from Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale is the second-busiest cruise departure port in the United States. Almost every cruise line sails from there;  many with multiple ships. Our calendar of cruises from Fort Lauderdale in January of 2011 is now online. It's not too early to be thinking about a cruise next winter.

This Week's New Hotels

Fashion 26 is the newest hotel in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood.  The name might make you think "boutique hotel", but at 22 stories and 280 rooms it's far from "cozy".  Fashion 26 is a Wyndham hotel located across the street from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

The first Hyatt hotel in Madison, Wisconsin is the new Hyatt Place Madison Downtown. It features 151 guest rooms - each with a 42-inch HDTV, the Hyatt "Grand Bed" and an 8-foot sleeper sofa - within walking distance of the UW campus, the state capitol, Overture Center for the Arts and the Monona Terrace Convention Center.
