First Cruise from the US
|
Cruises recently restarted out of the US with a Celebrity cruise from Fort Lauderdale. Celebrity offers cruises from Fort Lauderdale to the Bahamas, Eastern Caribbean, Western Caribbean, Southern Caribbean, Europe and the Panama Canal.
The first cruise was on the Celebrity Edge, a new ship with unique features. The "star" of the design is the Magic Carpet -- a cantilevered platform that moves up and down the outside of the ship. Other amenities include outward-facing pool deck, adults-only Solarium, Rooftop Garden, Destination Gateway, Eden observation lounge and nightclub, and a big Spa. There are 29 places to eat or drink onboard.
