I used to think that I was bullet-proof.
I grew up as an athlete, played every sport, surfed, worked out…and was generally a crash test dummy.
No issues. In fact, I did a lot of stupid things, in retrospect – but somehow seemed to get away with it.
At least that’s what I thought. And then I turned 40.
What the…?
Suddenly, it seemed like it all started to fall apart… I couldn’t train in the gym without feeling like I was 90 in the morning.
If I surfed one day – I was in pain the next.
In fact, I started to feel everything that I ever did to myself in my past – all coming back to haunt me.
