Thank you for being a part of the The Now Effect Community, this is truly becoming a community where we are learning from one another on what it means to bring more mindfulness and experience more of The Now Effect in our lives.

As part of this community, you are promised, a free monthly online live event to support you in the best way possible with integrating more mindfulness into your life. Here you'll  be able to interact live via voice or chat with me and others.

What it's about this month: This month the theme will be focused around Know Your Brain, Change Your Mind. We'll go over how some studies in neuroscience apply to your daily life, some important topics in this section, engage in a couple practices and answer your important Q&A. The hope is that you leave a bit more grounded, refreshed and inspired to integrate more mindfulness into your life.

Before joining the online event

Click here to test your connection.  This is only a test!  After successfully testing your connection, you will be ready to join.       

Joining the online event within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time

Click the following link: emindful.webex.com 

Click on the Join link to the right of the event name: The Now Effect

Enter your name, email address, and password, which is 'noweffect'.

A Join Integrated VoIP box will appear. Please choose Yes.

You may be prompted to go through a short Audio Wizard.  Please be
patient and follow the instructions as they appear on your screen.

FAQs

Do I need special computer equipment to join?
Answer:  No, you only need a computer with Internet connection and audio speakers.  If you have a computer headset or a laptop with a built-in microphone (most do), you will have the option to use such...although it is not required.
          

Are there any system requirements for joining the online event?
Answer:  Please see below.    

I have not attended a live online event before.  What can I expect? 
Answer:  We have prepared a short video designed to familiarize you with the online meeting center.  Click here  to view the video.    

What if I need assistance joining the online event?
Answer:  For technical assistance within 30 minutes of the start of the event, please call 1-772-569-4540 and we will be happy to assist you.
