I hope you are having a great start to your September. It always feels like new beginnings to me.
During this time of year Amy and I usually do a cleanse,
re-plan our workouts (ie. switch it up) and set new health goals for the year. This process usually helps us get away from "summer eating" and back into a more normal routine.
Every year this process is a little different depending on our family situation (ie. breastfeeding, pregnancies, my work schedule, our committments with the
other children) but we still feel comfort setting new goals regardless of the situation.
Do you follow a similar process in September? Does it feel like a change for you?
