Any time is the perfect time to reflect on the things we are grateful for and to express our appreciation to the people in our lives.

To help you get in the spirit of gratitude, I've included a powerful video by filmmaker Louie Schwartzberg, accompanied by words from Benedictine monk Brother David Steindl-Rast. Louie's video begins 3:45 minutes into the video, yet it's worth watching his introduction from the beginning.

I've also included a poignant gratitude poem that reminds us of the many blessings in our lives. The poem may not reflect the current statistics, however the message it conveys is still crystal clear and relevant.

Gratitude is a powerful emotion that can have a profound impact on our lives. There are many benefits of gratitude, including improved health, stronger relationships, and overall well-being. When we are grateful, we are able to see the good in our lives, even in the midst of difficult circumstances. This shift in perspective can help us to feel more positive, optimistic and resilient.

Expressing gratitude to the people in our lives can also strengthen our bonds with them and create more meaningful and fulfilling connections. This is especially important in times of stress and uncertainty, when our relationships are often put to the test.

Gratitude can be cultivated and practiced. Make gratitude a daily habit by keeping a gratitude journal, writing thank you notes, or taking time each day to reflect on the things for which you are thankful.

Gratitude is not only an emotion, it's also an action. It is important to not only feel grateful, but also to show it through acts of kindness and generosity. Giving back to the community, volunteering, and helping others in need are all ways to express gratitude and to make a positive impact on the world around us.

To help you on your gratitude journey, I've included a free PDF of the gratitude poem and a free PDF booklet about the "Gratitude Vibration." I hope these resources will inspire you to take a moment each day to reflect on the things you are grateful for and to express your appreciation to the people in your life.

Both PDFs are at the end of this post for you
