{Special Announcement} “What’s Next?” Starts in September

Published: Fri, 08/24/12

Hello,

Greetings! This is the time of year when many of us are either enjoying vacation, or returning home and settling back in to routines. As we grown-ups watch kids go back to school with their shiny new backpacks and pristine notebooks, we may find ourselves longing for a fresh start, too.

Maybe you've been wanting to switch jobs for a while now, but you just aren't sure what you'd like to do. Perhaps you know that your contract is ending at some future date, but you don't want to just jump into the first job you stumble upon. Maybe you're growing increasingly disenchanted with your current work, but can't think clearly about what job or role you'd actually enjoy. And you haven't had the time to think it through and figure it out. Or perhaps you've tried to make a career decision, but have gotten stuck. You're left asking yourself, "What's next?"

That is just the kind of career question that I love to help clients with.

One of the most fun and fulfilling things I've done professionally is to lead a group coaching program designed for people who are trying to figure out what is next for them in their careers or their lives.

* If you want to get "unstuck," quit spinning your wheels, and stop wasting time...
* If you want to reframe the guilt, dread, and "yuck" of being stuck into a sense of confidence, enthusiasm, and excitement about what's next...
* If you want to not only get clear but start to take action to move toward that future....

...then you may want to consider the "What's Next?" group coaching program.

Past participant have found the "What's Next?" to be extremely helpful and worthwhile. Some of the words they used to describe the experience included: "empowering," "revealing," and "energizing."

In September, I will launch an online version of the "What's Next?" program, so that you can participate from anywhere in the world -- as long as you have an Internet connection or phone line.  We'll have a total of 6 group coaching sessions of 90 min. each and "homework" assignments in between. These will take place on Thursdays at 8:30 pm Eastern (US) time: Sept. 20, Sept. 27, Oct. 4, Oct. 11, Oct. 18, and Oct. 25. (The equivalent dates for those in Asia are Fridays at 8:30 am Singapore/Manila time (GMT+8): Sept. 21, Sept. 28, Oct. 5, Oct. 12, Oct. 19, Oct. 26.)

The group will be limited in size, to keep it small and intimate. What we discuss and share will of course, be confidential. During each session, you'll get great coaching and support from me and from fellow group members. I will guide you through a proven process to take stock of your strengths, values, priorities and goals, and move toward a strong, doable action plan.

If you sign up for the program, at the end of the 6 sessions, you'll walk away with a deeper understanding of yourself and what you want, and will have taken solid steps forward to make powerful changes in your life.

Intrigued? You have two options:

1. If you know that this is the program for you, sign up now to secure your spot. To sign up, all you have to do is click <reply> to this message and let me know you're interested, and I will send you the registration form and payment information.

Keep in mind that if you sign up by Sept. 7 at 8 pm Eastern time, you'll save US$50 off the regular registration price (US$547 instead of US$597). Regular registration ends on September 12, but slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
-- so the program may fill up before then.

2. If you have questions and want to hear more about the program, I invite you to join me for a free 30-minute call on Wednesday, September 5 at 8:30 pm Eastern (US), which is Thursday, September 6 at 8:30 am Singapore/Manila time (GMT+8).

You can ask questions, listen to what other people ask about the program, and
test out what it's like to dial in from Skype to a group call (which is how the "What's Next?" group meetings will work). Simply click <reply> to this message and let me know you'd like to join the call. I will email you the dial-in information. I look forward to speaking with you!

And if you don't think this program is for you, but know someone else who could benefit from it, I'd be delighted if you would pass the information along.

Here's to getting unstuck and getting clear!

Warm regards,
Shana
