If not, then I hope you are having a nice relaxing Sunday.
I am pretty excited because of the announcement I am
making on the site right now...
When I was a lean (skinny) and wirey (weak) Freshman
in college and made the decision that I wanted to start
training with weights in order to get bigger and stronger,
I never knew it would end up to get this kind of recognition.
But I look forward to working with this small group on
the common goal...
